Aromatherapy

Massage relaxes the mind and nervous system, the oils are applied and spread over the body using various massage strokes which is a relaxing and never painful experience. It stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems improving the supply of nutrients to the body tissues and aiding the elimination of toxins and waste products from them.

What will happen during the treatment?

At the beginning of the session details of your medical history will be taken to assure the most beneficial (and safe) choice of essential oils are used for the treatment. There are some times contraindications occur which would require your GP/Consultants consent.

During the massage your body remains fully covered with towels except for the head and the specific area that is being worked on. The temperature, level of lighting and music in the room can be adjusted to ensure client's comfort.

After the treatment feedback will be greatly appreciated and you will be asked for it before the next session
